From Impact News: "When eating at Opal Divine’s Marina, you get more than just great food — you get to do something good for the environment. The owners... want it to be the poster child for green business...All of the to-go packaging at Marina is biodegradable. The Bagasseware container is made out of leftover cane and plant fibers. The cups come from corn, and the plastic ware is 'SpudWare,' made of vegetable starch, soy and limestone."
From Yelp: "I and a couple of friends went for Sunday brunch and had a great time with good food... The coffee is very good. I love the sage sausage - just enough of a bite there to remind you it's not an ordinary patty! All three of us had the Americamn Classic: two eggs any style, two patties or strips, your choice of bread: toast, english muffin, or one other, and fruit cup...I certainly can recommend the brunch here!"
