The Eastside Café sits on an acre of land surrounded by dozens of pecan trees. One third of the land is home to a gorgeous organic garden. For 15 years vegetables, herbs and flowers have been organically grown and harvested for use in the Eastside Café kitchen. Due to the holiday, we can only seat 12. I'm told the food and atmosphere is very good, and that this is a place to know about for dinner and drinks, the "Red House Bar" is just next door and is a great evening hangout. Feb 07 15 2007 7:00 PM	Not Brunch: Cap City Comedy 14 attended (est.) – 5.002 UPDATE To get your free tickets, say you are with the "Locke" party when you get to the spot where you would normally pay. Try to be as close to 7pm as possible since they way overbook the free tickets making it hard to sit together as showtime gets closer. This will also make parking easier. Do not park at Austin Billiards since they will tow. I won't have a meetup sign so please take a look at my picture the the left side of the meetup site if you we haven't met before. This is the only place in town so far I've found potato pancakes (my favorite) and everything else on the menu looked great, too. I'll be waiting to the left of where you walk in with the red meetup sign. Please be as close to on time or even early if you can because they tend not to seat us until everyone is there.
