Sunday Brunch Recap....

Wow....

Where to begin... this group, in just 6 short months, has grown into more than I even imagined it would be. I must tell you I am truly honored to have each and every one of you as a member of this group. I hope that as your organizer I can continue organize events that you all enjoy. This is an absolutely AMAZING group of people. I know this was a very large group but I must say it was really gratifying as an organizer to see all of you networking.. laughing... and having a good time, again I say Thank you. For everyone that was not able to attend or if you just couldn't hear me...lol... here is a re-cap of the announcements!

~ Special thanks to the Co-Organizing DIVA of this event the lovely Danielle and her Black and Latino Single Meet-up group! Ms. Danielle you are beyond fabulous and a look forward to many more good times with you and the girls!

~With such a large group there were a few RSVP and seating issues which hopefully the following will alleviate:
1.RSVP
Meet-up for Brunch Bunch events will go as follow: RSVP options will be yes or no, the "maybe " option will no longer be. A week before the Meetup the RSVP list will close and I will send an email to those who have RSVP'd yes to confirm their attendance. You will have until Wednesday to confirm. If you do not confirm your RSVP by the Wednesday before meet-up. Your seat will be given to another member. On the Friday before the event, I will send out a final list. I will also take names and numbers of those that would like to be contacted if a space opens up. Reservations will be honored for p to 15 minutes, unless you call or email me. After 15 minutes, I cannot guarantee your seat.
2. Guest
You guys know I do not mind guest... I love them.... BUT, I like to know about them before Brunch. Meet-up is an AWESOME community, encourage your friends to join. Going forward, you will not be able to RSVP guest. If you would like to bring a guest, you may RSVP for yourself and send me and email with your friends name and email address and I will add them to the list. It's just not fair to hold places for guest that may or may not come, when there are actual members that would like to attend.
3.Seating
Being the ULTRA organized organizer that I am , I have a spreadsheet and pre printed names tags for all CONFIRMED RSVP's guest. Going forward if you are not on my list , you cannot be seated before people that have confirmed even if you arrive at the venue before them. I will hold confirmed seats for 15 minutes, after which people will be seated on a first come first serve basis.
4.Payment
Due to the number of attendees, Brunch will be Cash ONLY. Most restaurants will not allow us to charge multiple cards. Please stop at the ATM before Brunch.
5.Comments/Suggestion/Ratings/Feedback
The sky is the limit for this group but I need to know what you guys like. So please utilize the message boards, the polls and the star rating system to let me know what you like, what you don't like? etc etc. keep in mind there are 200+ members of this group, i cannot make everyone happy but I will do my best to keep standards that you guys are used to. I welcome critiques as long as they are respectful.
6.MEN
I don't need to say much... if you have single male friends.....BRING EM!
