Restaurant Overview:
The Scene:
The Delta Grill is not only known for their down-home comfortable atmosphere, but their delicious food. Their chef, Gregory Tatis, is home grown from Queens and started his illustrious career at Nickelodeon in Astoria. Gregory then proceeded to go south of the Mason-Dixon Line to famous Cajun Chef Paul Prudhomme's kitchen at K-Pauls, where he cooked for over eight years. Whether you're looking for something blackened, barbecued, Creole, or Cajun--look no further. When creating the Delta Grill, owners Tom Burns and Tom Sullivan envisioned a classic Louisiana roadhouse eatery with superior food and a welcoming atmosphere.
The Food:
Cajun highlights include jambalaya, crawfish etouffee and stewed alligator tail, as well as the quick-serve hurricanes and Sazeracs.
The Cocktails:
Cocktail options include hurricanes and eye-watering Cajun martinis mixed with jalapeno-laced vodka and garnished with pickled okra.
