Most of Chef Gilbert Langlois' offerings are influenced by the many cuisines he has worked with in the past - classic French, new American, Asian, Creole, and the tricks he learned in his grandmother and mother's Italian kitchens. His seasonal menu offerings post on the restaurant's oversized chalkboard, but there's also a more traditional printed menu of mainstays.

Chalkboard does not take reservations, and I was advised to show up close to their 10:00 am opening. Add 30% to your food charge for tax and tip. Please plan on paying with CASH ONLY. I will send you out to a cash station if you try to pay with a card :)
